want to run our life healthy. Because the real wealth is your wellness
or your health. Health is the most important thing and you must put
health at the top of your life. With wellness you can do everything but
without wellness you can't do everything. God also asks each of as to
be health so that we can do everything without boundary. Here i'm
writing about tips to run your life healthy.
1. Eat vegetables
everyday. Vegetarian runs their life more healthy compared to non
vegetarian. It doesn't mean we have to be vegetarian but we must
vegetable every day.
2. Eat fruit everyday. Fruits contain lots of vitamin and good for your health.
3. Eat meet maximum 3 times a week. Meet such as beef contains fat and cholesterol that can damage your health.
4. Nuts. Nuts is also important to our health.
5. Avoid alcohol and cigarette. These two things could harm your health.
6. Do your exercise at least three times a day and 30 minutes each session.
